Cardiac Imaging and Information Management Software Course A series of courses developed for a developer of cardiac imaging and information management software for its channel partner. The target audience included a cross-functional team of channel partners and internal employees: sales professionals, project managers, technical support engineers. Courses developed include Product Overview, Demonstration Strategy, Project Management, Patient Database, Database Administration Tool, Media Purge Daemon, Monitoring and Triage. Materials were developed in PowerPoint and FrameMaker. They include instructor/participant guides, assessments and activities. (2004-5) Inspection System Programmer's Course A 5-day course on the set-up and use of imaging software for an automated optical inspection system. Materials were developed in PowerPoint and MS Word using a structured writing template. They include an Instructor Guide, Participant Guide, a reference manual, a tutorial, skill checks and job aids.
