THE OPEN DOOR

The balcony shot is the picture of Balcony 8. Tina and I and John and Alan realized that the door opened between our rooms and it became the site of a some late night get-togethers to share the enjoyment of the day and have a quiet moment AND to share the great big bottle of scotch - which was finished on the last night. It was wonderful: a good drink, great company, the surf lapping at the shore, and a place to discuss the fish and coral we saw during the day. What a surprise to find Barry joining us - not by walking thru the door, but by putting his rock climbing skills to work and climbing the exterior of the building from his room to ours - to get to the party on "Balcony 8".
