Your first task in implementing Phase 1-A is to develop a common understanding with Monarch executives of overall business strategy and vision. In order to do so, you need to review and revisit company strategy by viewing key company documents.
 

You begin your understanding of Monarch's financial situation by viewing internal company documents, annual reports, 10K reports, etc. to identify:

  • Strategic Initiatives
  • Strategic Drivers (areas of financial focus in annual reports and internal performance documents):
  • Financial 'Pain Points'
