Brainstorming: Identify Other Key Individuals
 
At the end of the second workshop, you guide the participants through the creation of a two documents: one that lists the high-level benefits of the investment, and a second that lists additional employees -- those individuals doing the actual work -- to talk to in order to better understand the detailed process of each of the following areas:
  • Warehouse tracking and distribution
  • Logistics and shipping
  • Sales force execution
