Maurice Woods, author of Business Case Development Framework, recently served as a principal consultant at a leading global consultancy firm in the Corporate and Operations Strategy practice. He brings over thirteen years of business experience and has enjoyed a dynamic and diverse career resulting in a broad understanding of general business management principles. In this role, his experience involved a variety of consulting engagements, including strategy assessment, organization model development and marketing activities targeted at increasing shareholder value. Prior to that, Maurice spent eight years with a Consumer Package Goods (CPG) company with increasing responsibilities across a number of business functions including sales, marketing strategy development, brand P&L management and new business valuations.

Maurice received his MBA from Northwestern University-Kellogg Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Finance and Management and Strategy. He received his BS from California State University-Sacramento with concentrations in Finance and Economics.
